I cleaned the garlic chives and put
them into a jar which I filled with
white vinegar and some apple cider
vinegar with about 2T of sea salt
and 1 T sugar. It is supposed to keep
forever. I really really like that! And
I just added a srprise ingredient to
the jar ... an organic ginger candy.

I think they're garlic chives? I planted
about 20 of them in the old cucumber
patch about 5" from each other. I also
have a little patch planted where those
really hot chinese radishes were last year.
