first fertilizer in bottom watering of peppers

Yesterday 2 March (Monday) 3 weeks after planting pepper seeds and almost 2 weeks after they came up, I put a tsp of Urban Harvest Kelp Meal into half a litre of warm water and bottom watered then used this concoction ... I thought I'd go easy on the first fertilization. I'll use fertilizer for the next 'watering'.
