I didn't know Gayla had a Oaxaca blurb on the YGG blog (here's a photo of a lime tree they saw on their trip)! I found it reading today's blog about the buddhas hand lemon - now there was something I never knew ... besides being an oddly complex-shaped beautiful lemon in existence - it has no fruit and is just rind - and is good for making candied rind, lemon cake and for use as a room deodorizer!
