Medieval rain jar
This ingenious watering jar is a handmade re-edition of a model dating from the Middle Ages. Made by a potter couple in southern Burgundy, this lovely object releases a gentle, rain-like stream over your potted plants. Plunge the jar into a bucket or basin of water and place your thumb over the opening in its handle on top ... remove your thumb and a gentle rain flows onto your plant. Simply delightful and a sure way to interest your children in watering the plants! A lovely garden ornament and always a conversation piece! Color is green.
